In order to sustain a variety of activities within the Huntley Park District, it is important to encourage the participation of volunteers in performing tasks under the direction of staff. The Huntley Park District supports and values the involvement of community volunteers in its programs, events, and sports activities.
Volunteers for the Huntley Park District will be expected to observe the ordinances, policies and procedures of the Huntley Park District while volunteering. Depending on the nature of the volunteer function, volunteers may be required to complete a training program for the particular function.
