Park District shall accommodate outside rental groups and organizations when the facilities are not being used by District activities and in accordance with Park District Ordinance Code. HPD Ordinance Code Section 5.03(f)3 prioritizes use of Huntley Park District fields according to the following:
- Huntley Park District Athletic Programs and leagues
- Non-Athletic Huntley Park District programs and events
- Huntley Park District contractual programs
- Existing athletic affiliate organizations as defined in the Cooperative Use Policy 2.7
- Any individuals of the community wishing to use the fields during times not already reserved
- Other outside groups/organizations wishing to reserve a sprots field.
