How to get started:

1. Complete a Personal Training Request Form

2 View and purchase your personal training package online or in-person at the REC Center.

3 We will contact you by email with a Client Information Packet that should be completed before your first session.

4. Your Personal Trainer will contact you to set up your first session and answer any questions!

 

PERSONAL TRAINING

1-hour long sessions with a personal trainer in a one on one environment.

POWER TRAINING

Power Training is for the busy individual. These sessions provide you with 30 minutes of 1-on-1 personal training followed by 30 minutes of cardio in the fitness center.

PARTNER TRAINING (2 PEOPLE)

Need that one person to help keep you motivated at the gym? Why not enjoy working with a personal trainer and getting fit with a friend or family member! Parent-child training is a very popular option too! Each session is 60 minutes. Rates listed below are per person.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING (3+ PEOPLE)

If you enjoy working out with friends or family members, our personal training staff can help develop a program that you can do together! Each session lasts one hour. Individual fitness assessments will be performed for each member of the group. Rates listed below are per person, Member/Non-Member.

YOUTH FITNESS (AGES 10-12)

Does your child have an interest in fitness? Would you like to see them get involved in health and wellness? If so, we can both educate and demonstrate our Fitness Center guidelines, injury prevention, basic health concepts, and proper machine usage in our 1-hour Youth Fitness Orientation.
* Youth Fitness Members must be accompanied by an individual 18 years or older when working out.
