The following documents/links are currently unable to be sent through email by our system:

  • Activity Registration Receipts
  • Childcare Statements
  • Password Resets

Some of these documents/links are able to be obtained in alternative ways. Here's how you can still receive them.

Activity Registration Receipts: While logged on our Registration page, click on your username in the top right to display the menu. Next, select "Reprint a Receipt," where you will be able to see and print the receipt of the activity you recently registered for.

Childcare Statements: Unfortunately, this document is unable to be retrieved until our email system is back up and running.

Password Resets: If comfortable, you may call our Registration Office and our staff can manually reset your password for you over the phone. The phone number to reach the Registration Office is (847)669-3180.
