Membership Payment Options
Single Payment Memberships (1-year, 6-month, 3-month, and 1-month):
Full Payment due up front via cash, check or credit card.
A $25.00 household administration fee will apply to 1-year and 6-month memberships.
Automated Monthly Memberships:
Monthly payment will be automatically withdrawn on the first day of each month from the designated account or credit card.
- 1st and 12th month payments are due upon registration to activate an auto monthly membership.
- Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing with a 30 day notice.
No refunds on memberships with the exception of a written medical excuse from a doctor. Refund will be prorated from the date of the request.
*The Huntley Park District retains the right to reject the requested funds.
