In order to use on-line registration you must become a Huntley Park District Parks Plus Member and receive an assigned
FUN PIN number. This is provided to you once we have created an account for you and your family in our system. If you
have previously registered for a park district activity your account information is already in our database. If you currently
have an account and would like to obtain your account FUN PIN and household numbers, please contact the REC Center
registration desk at 847 669-3180 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. To create a new family account, please
come in and register at the REC Center, 12015 Mill St., Huntley, IL 60142.
Not all programs will be available for online registration.

Definition
of Residency:
A household member that pays taxes to the District and resides in
the Park District boundaries.
A resident must show a current drivers license, utility bill, tax
bill or photo ID.
Refund/Cancellation
Policy
The Huntley park District reserves the right to cancel, postpone
or combine classes. If insufficient enrollment causes a class
to be cancelled, notification will be given and full payment refunded.
If a medical problem occurs before or during a program, the participant
may request a refund. A prorated refund will be credited. Refunds
are subject to a $10 service with a supervisor’s approval.
No other refunds will be issued.
NSF
Checks
A $25 service charge will be assessed on all NSF checks.

How
to Register
Resident Registration begins as soon as you receive your brochure
in the mail.
Non-resident
registration is open, come on in to the Rec Center!
Waivers
Registrations and insurance waiver must be signed in order to
be processed once received.
Priority
Walk-in registration will be given priority over mail, drop-off,
or faxed registrations.
Processing
Mail, drop-off, or faxed registrations will be processed at random
as time permits. The Park District is not responsible for mail or
faxed forms not received.
Commitment
to Quality
The Huntley Park District staff is committed to providing quality
recreation programs to residents and we strive to satisfy our customers.
However, if you feel our programs did not meet your expectations
due to the quality of instruction or program content, we will refund
your money 100%.
This means you must have attended at least two class sessions
and will need to fill out a refund/transfer request form at the Rec Center.
Once filled out, prior to the fourth class meeting, we will process
your class refund. Refunds that are approved will be sent within
30 days of the request. Your input on this form will help up focus
on where improvement is needed.
Suggestion
Box
The Huntley Park District has a suggestion box in the lobby at the Rec Center. We are looking for your creative ideas in programming. We
strive to do our best for the community and any suggestion you have
will help us to better serve you. Please drop off or email and suggestions
you have to info@huntleyparks.org.
