Shelter Rentals

The Huntley Park District has several picnic shelters available for rent. Four shelters are located at Deicke Park, one shelter in Stingray Bay and one shelter locate at Ol' Timers Park. NO ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED ON ANY PARK DISTRICT PROPERTY. 2009 Rentals can be made beginning Friday, January 5.

Insurance Requirement Policy for Rentals

The following are general guidelines used to determine if insurance is required for reservation and/or rentals at the Huntley Park District. Insurance will be required for one or more of the following:

  • Sport & Athletic Events
  • Special Events, Celebrtions, Festivals
  • Music Concerts
  • Any Company/Business Reserving Property or Renting Facilities
  • Any Organized Group
  • Large Groups/Parties of 100 or more reserving property or renting facilities
  • Fundraisers
  • Food Served/Prepared by Vendors or Caterers
  • Public Demonstration/Rally
  • Fireworks
  • Carnival or Other Rides/Apparatus
Rental refunds will only be granted if you cancel your date
a minimum of two weeks in advance!
